Captured state used to reverse a CreateApplicationAction on undo.

Only the post-create id is recorded — there’s nothing else to capture, since the application didn’t exist before the forward path. Undo deletes the row by this id; redo creates a fresh row with a brand-new id and api key (the original key is unrecoverable).
