Captured state used to reverse a DeleteApplicationAction on undo.

Snapshots every recoverable field on the application before deletion so undo can recreate an equivalent row.

The plaintext api_key is NOT part of the snapshot — only the SHA-256 hash is stored server-side, so it cannot be recovered. Undo recreates the application with a brand-new id and a brand-new key; any external service still authenticating with the deleted application’s prior key must be reissued credentials before it can connect again.
