Per-user permissions for a blob, computed at request time.
Populated by the backend based on the calling user’s identity, ownership,
shares, and inherited parent permissions. Use the canEditBlob /
canDeleteBlob / canShareBlob / isOwnerOfBlob helpers below for the
common checks.
